🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, manage seating, and ensure a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate them clearly to the kitchen, and ensure timely service.
• Table Maintenance: Set up tables, clear used dishes, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the shift.
• Problem Resolution: Address guest queries or complaints promptly with a positive and professional attitude.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other service team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
