A restaurant in Ernakulam is seeking a proactive Floor Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations. This role is central to maintaining high service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing daily floor activities. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Guest Interaction: Welcome guests warmly, engage with them to ensure a positive first impression, and handle any service issues promptly.
• Order Management: Explain menu items clearly to guests, take accurate orders, and coordinate with the kitchen for timely execution.
• Service Execution: Oversee the serving and clearing of tables to ensure efficiency and cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Team Leadership: Conduct daily staff briefings to align the team on special offers, VIP guests, and service expectations.
• Operational Oversight: Manage front-of-house staffing levels, monitor all FOH areas, and ensure consistent service standards are met.
• Cost Control: Implement and monitor waste control measures to minimize losses and maintain profitability.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in restaurant floor supervision or senior steward roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages (Malayalam preferred).
• Ability to manage staff, resolve guest complaints, and maintain a calm demeanor during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and waste management practices.
