- Team Leadership: Conduct daily staff briefings to align the team on special offers, VIP guests, and service expectations.
- Operational Oversight: Manage front-of-house staffing levels, monitor all FOH areas, and ensure consistent service standards are met.
- Cost Control: Implement and monitor waste control measures to minimize losses and maintain profitability.
