Restaurant Staff – Floor Captains, Assistant Stewards, Bar Tender, Kitchen CDP (Asian Wok, Dim Sum, Sushi, Continental) & Housekeeping

📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are expanding our restaurant team in North Delhi – Civil Lines and are looking for energetic individuals to fill multiple key positions:

• Floor Captains – lead the dining floor, ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assistant Stewards – support the stewarding team with cleanliness and service readiness.
• Bar Tender – manage the bar, craft drinks, and maintain stock.
• Asian Wok CDP – prepare wok‑style Asian dishes with speed and precision.
• Dim Sum CDP & Commis‑1 – assist in dim sum preparation and plating.
• Sushi CDP & Commis‑1 – support sushi station operations.
• Continental CDP – handle continental menu items.
• Kitchen Utility & Housekeeping – maintain kitchen hygiene and overall premises cleanliness.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Floor Captains: supervise wait staff, coordinate table turnover, address guest queries, ensure service standards.
• Assistant Stewards: clean and set up kitchen equipment, manage waste, assist senior stewards during peak hours.
• Bar Tender: take drink orders, mix cocktails, maintain bar inventory, ensure responsible service.
• Asian Wok CDP: execute wok‑cook recipes, manage ingredient prep, maintain high cooking standards.
• Dim Sum CDP & Commis‑1: prepare dough, fillings, steam or fry dim sum items, assist senior chefs.
• Sushi CDP & Commis‑1: slice fish, roll sushi, maintain hygiene, restock sushi bar.
• Continental CDP: prepare salads, sandwiches, pasta, and other continental dishes.
• Kitchen Utility & Housekeeping: sweep, mop, sanitize surfaces, handle deep‑cleaning tasks, ensure overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in the respective role (service, bar, or kitchen).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• For kitchen roles: familiarity with Asian wok techniques, dim sum, sushi, and continental cuisine preparation.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in Hindi and English preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly desirable.
