A Resto Bar in Bangalore is expanding its floor and back-of-house team. We are looking for experienced Senior Stewards, Waitresses, and Captains who can maintain high standards of service and hygiene in a fast-paced bar and restaurant environment. This is a full-time opportunity for professionals who take pride in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Captains: Manage floor operations, oversee waitstaff, handle guest complaints, and ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Waitresses: Take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain table presentation, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Senior Stewards: Supervise the dishwashing and cleaning process, ensure all glassware and cutlery are sanitized to high standards, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• All roles require maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas and adhering to health and safety protocols.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in a Resto Bar or high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Knowledge of bar operations is a plus for Captains and Waitresses.
