🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Captains: Manage floor operations, oversee waitstaff, handle guest complaints, and ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Waitresses: Take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain table presentation, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Senior Stewards: Supervise the dishwashing and cleaning process, ensure all glassware and cutlery are sanitized to high standards, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
- All roles require maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas and adhering to health and safety protocols.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Proven experience in a Resto Bar or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Knowledge of bar operations is a plus for Captains and Waitresses.
