• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a 5‑star hotel kitchen.
• Proven expertise as a Sous Chef, CDP, DCDP, or Sushi Cook.
• Holds a minimum 6‑month Food Production Diploma.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Minimum age 21+.
• Must bring a copy of an updated CV, passport, and original work experience & educational certificates.
