• Roles Open: Tandoor Sous Chef, Tandoor Sr CDP, Chinese Sous Chef, Chinese CDP, Chinese DCDP, Continental Sous Chef
• Department: F&B Production

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Lead and supervise kitchen operations for Tandoor, Chinese, and Continental sections.
• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff in cooking techniques, safety, and hygiene.
• Coordinate with the F&B Production team to maintain inventory, manage stock, and reduce wastage.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal specials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent in Tandoor, Chinese, or Continental cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Tandoor cooking techniques, Chinese stir‑fry, and Continental baking/roasting.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel for trial and training sessions.
