🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare a variety of South Indian staples such as Dosai, Idli, Vada, Sambar, Chutney, and rice items with consistent quality.
• Maintain traditional cooking techniques and ensure each dish meets taste and presentation standards.
• Oversee kitchen hygiene, inventory, and supply management.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in South Indian cuisine, especially Dosai, Idli, Vada, Sambar, Chutney, and rice dishes.
• Strong knowledge of traditional cooking methods and ability to maintain consistency and taste.
• Kitchen management skills, including inventory control and staff coordination.
