We are hiring a South Indian Chef for our restaurant located in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The position is on‑roll and full‑time.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Prepare authentic South Indian dishes, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Supervise kitchen staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Coordinate with front‑of‑house to ensure timely service.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
• Strong expertise in authentic dishes and kitchen operations.
• Male candidate preferred.
• Languages: Hindi & English; knowledge of Telugu is an added advantage.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & suitability).
• Full‑time on‑roll position.
