A new food establishment in Chandigarh is launching its operations and requires experienced chefs to lead the kitchen. The role focuses specifically on high-volume street food and chaat items, requiring candidates who can maintain consistent taste and quality from day one. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare and serve a variety of chaat items with precise seasoning and presentation.
• Execute core menu items including Chole Bhature, Pav Bhaji, and Chole Kulche to high standards.
• Manage kitchen workflow to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the cooking area.
• Ensure consistent taste profiles for all dishes, adhering to the establishment's recipe standards.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in cooking street food, specifically Chaat, Chole Bhature, Pav Bhaji, and Chole Kulche.
• Strong understanding of taste calibration and spice balance for North Indian street food.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred for the new setup launch.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
