- Prepare and serve a variety of chaat items with precise seasoning and presentation.
- Execute core menu items including Chole Bhature, Pav Bhaji, and Chole Kulche to high standards.
- Manage kitchen workflow to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the cooking area.
- Ensure consistent taste profiles for all dishes, adhering to the establishment's recipe standards.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Proven experience in cooking street food, specifically Chaat, Chole Bhature, Pav Bhaji, and Chole Kulche.
- Strong understanding of taste calibration and spice balance for North Indian street food.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
