📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are looking for two dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team in Kolkata. One role is a Tandoor Cook/commi skilled in preparing a variety of tandoor items, and the other is a Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations. Both positions are open for immediate hiring.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Operate the tandoor to produce Naan, Kulcha, Tandoori Roti, Lacha Paratha, and other tandoor‑based dishes with consistent quality.
• Assist senior cooks in ingredient preparation, portioning, and maintaining a clean cooking area.
• Follow standard kitchen hygiene and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of dishes to the service area.
• Perform general kitchen support tasks such as washing utensils, managing inventory of basic supplies, and keeping the work station organized.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in making Naan, Kulcha, Tandoori Roti, Lacha Paratha, and other tandoor items.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
