📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

A new restaurant opening in Medinipur Town is seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join its launch team. The establishment requires a mix of kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations from day one. This is a full-time opportunity with immediate joining preferred for candidates ready to start in a new, high-energy environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Indian Tandoori Chef: Manage the tandoor section, preparing authentic Indian breads (naan, roti, tandoori items) and grilled dishes. Ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and timely service during peak hours.
• Continental Helper: Assist the kitchen team in preparing continental dishes, handling prep work, plating, and maintaining kitchen standards under the supervision of the head chef.
• Stewards (2 positions): Handle dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and waste management. Maintain strict hygiene standards in the kitchen and utility areas to support the cooking team.
• Captains (2 positions): Manage table service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle guest queries. Ensure a positive dining experience and coordinate with the kitchen for timely order delivery.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Tandoori Chef: Proven experience in tandoori cooking, knowledge of Indian breads and grilled meats/vegetables. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Continental Helper: Basic knowledge of continental food preparation, hygiene practices, and kitchen workflow. Willingness to learn and assist senior chefs.
• Stewards: Physical stamina for cleaning tasks, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
• Captains: Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and experience in restaurant floor management. Ability to handle multiple tables and guest interactions professionally.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Indian Tandoori Chef: ₹21,000 per month.
• Continental Helper: ₹12,000 per month.
• Stewards: ₹10,000 per month.
• Captains: Salary as per experience and qualifications.
