📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

Kolkata@99 – Cloud Kitchen is urgently hiring an experienced Tandoori Chef to join our high-volume kitchen team in Salt Lake Sector V. This is a full-time role for a candidate who can hit the ground running and manage the tandoor station independently during peak hours. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred due to current operational demands.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare and grill a wide range of tandoori items, including Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka, and various kebabs.
• Handle vegetarian tandoor specials such as Paneer Tikka and other grilled vegetable dishes.
• Bake and serve fresh breads, specifically Naan, Butter Naan, and Tandoori Roti, ensuring consistent texture and doneness.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards while operating the tandoor, including proper preparation and cleaning of the clay oven.
• Manage inventory of tandoor-specific ingredients and marinades to prevent waste and ensure freshness.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience as a Tandoori Chef or Tandoor Cook in a restaurant or cloud kitchen setting.
• Expertise in marinating meats and vegetables for optimal flavor and tenderness.
• Strong knowledge of tandoor operation, temperature control, and dough preparation for breads.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high order volumes without compromising quality.
• Immediate availability to join is a key preference for this role.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and skill level.
