Kolkata@99 – Cloud Kitchen is urgently hiring an experienced Tandoori Chef to join our high-volume kitchen team in Salt Lake Sector V. This is a full-time role for a candidate who can hit the ground running and manage the tandoor station independently during peak hours. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred due to current operational demands.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Prepare and grill a wide range of tandoori items, including Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka, and various kebabs.
- Handle vegetarian tandoor specials such as Paneer Tikka and other grilled vegetable dishes.
- Bake and serve fresh breads, specifically Naan, Butter Naan, and Tandoori Roti, ensuring consistent texture and doneness.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards while operating the tandoor, including proper preparation and cleaning of the clay oven.
- Manage inventory of tandoor-specific ingredients and marinades to prevent waste and ensure freshness.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.

- Proven experience as a Tandoori Chef or Tandoor Cook in a restaurant or cloud kitchen setting.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and skill level.
