🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Waiter (Experienced):*
- Greet guests and manage table assignments efficiently.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes with proper presentation and timing.
- Handle billing and payment collection at the table or counter.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Kitchen Helper:*
- Assist the chef in food preparation, including chopping, washing, and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and report shortages.
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely service.
- Washing & Cleaning Boy:*
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.
- Clean kitchen floors, counters, and storage areas.
- Manage waste disposal and maintain overall cleanliness of the back-of-house.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.

- Waiter: Prior experience in restaurant service is mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tables simultaneously are preferred. Both male and female candidates are eligible.
