A prominent star-rated hotel in Ooty is currently expanding its hospitality team and seeking dedicated professionals for three distinct roles. The establishment requires a skilled Tandoori and Indian All-Rounder Chef to lead kitchen operations, a Kitchen Helper to support daily food preparation, and Service Waiters (both male and female) to ensure seamless guest experiences. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Tandoori & Indian All-Rounder Chef:*
• Prepare and execute high-quality Tandoori dishes and a wide variety of Indian regional cuisines.
• Manage kitchen hygiene, inventory, and food safety standards.
• Oversee the preparation of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus.
• Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality control for all served items.

• Kitchen Helper:*
• Assist the head chef and line cooks in ingredient preparation, chopping, and cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including utensils and workstations.
• Support in loading and unloading supplies as required.

• Service Waiter (Male & Female):*
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain table settings and ensure dining areas are clean and presentable.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent in-house service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order delivery.
