🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Assistant Manager – HR: Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination and compliance with labour laws.
• Assistant Manager – Security: Oversee security staff, conduct risk assessments, manage CCTV monitoring, and ensure guest and property safety.
• Assistant Manager – Housekeeping: Supervise housekeeping team, maintain standards of cleanliness, manage inventory of linen & amenities, and conduct inspections.
• Assistant Chief Engineer: Manage preventive maintenance programmes, supervise engineering technicians, handle HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Purchase Associate: Source vendors, negotiate contracts, process purchase orders, track inventory levels and maintain cost‑effective procurement.
• Sales Executive: Generate leads, conduct property tours, negotiate rates, achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships.
• GSA – Front Office: Greet guests, manage check‑in/check‑out, handle reservations, address guest queries and ensure smooth front‑desk operations.
• GSA – Housekeeping: Coordinate room assignments, assist with guest requests, support housekeeping supervisors and ensure timely service delivery.
• Commis I – International: Assist senior chefs in preparing international cuisine, maintain mise‑en‑place, follow hygiene standards and learn menu execution.
• Commis I – Indian: Support Indian kitchen stations, prep ingredients for regional dishes, adhere to recipe specifications and maintain cleanliness.
• Commis III – International: Perform basic cooking tasks, assist with plating, handle stock rotation and uphold kitchen safety protocols.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Demonstrated experience in the respective department (HR, Security, Housekeeping, Engineering, Procurement, Sales, Front Office or Kitchen).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment and deliver consistent service quality.
• For kitchen roles: familiarity with international or Indian culinary standards, basic knife skills and food safety knowledge.
• Immediate joiners preferred; willingness to relocate to Vasco da Gama is a plus.
