📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our restaurant team in Thrissur. Two immediate openings are available:

• Waiter (1) – Front‑of‑house role handling guest seating, order taking, and service.
• Washing Staff (1) – Back‑of‑house role responsible for dishwashing and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Waiter*
• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer queries about dishes.
• Record orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
• Clear tables, handle billing, and process payments.
• Maintain a tidy dining area and adhere to hygiene standards.

• Washing Staff*
• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently.
• Sort, rinse, and load dirty utensils, cookware, and glassware.
• Ensure all items are sanitized and stored properly.
• Keep the kitchen floor and workstations clean throughout the shift.
• Assist with basic waste segregation and disposal.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor (for waiters).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tables.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• For washing staff: experience with commercial dishwashers and knowledge of kitchen hygiene protocols.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to follow instructions.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
