A restaurant in Cherthala is urgently hiring for three immediate openings: an experienced Waiter (Male/Female), a Kitchen Helper, and a Washing & Cleaning Boy. These are full-time roles with competitive monthly salaries and essential workplace benefits including food and accommodation. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Waiter (Experienced):*
• Greet guests and manage table assignments efficiently.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes with proper presentation and timing.
• Handle billing and payment collection at the table or counter.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Kitchen Helper:*
• Assist the chef in food preparation, including chopping, washing, and basic cooking tasks.
• Maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and report shortages.
• Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely service.

• Washing & Cleaning Boy:*
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.
• Clean kitchen floors, counters, and storage areas.
• Manage waste disposal and maintain overall cleanliness of the back-of-house.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Waiter: Prior experience in restaurant service is mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tables simultaneously are preferred. Both male and female candidates are eligible.
• Kitchen Helper: Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Cleaning Staff: Physical stamina and attention to detail. No prior experience is strictly required but a willingness to learn and maintain high hygiene standards is essential.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Waiter Salary: ₹18,000 per month.
• Kitchen Helper Salary: ₹18,000 per month.
