Return & Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed, MaBapu Foods (OPC) Private Limited will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our valued customers to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.

In Case of Damaged Product

  • We need to be notified of any damaged product within 2 days from the delivery date via email to info@mabapu.com.
  • The email must include:
    • Order number
    • Image of the invoice
    • 1 outer box image
    • 2 clear images of the damaged product
    • An unboxing video clearly showing the damage
  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  • We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and provide a fair solution.
  • Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In Case of Missing Product

  • We need to be notified of any missing product within 2 days from the delivery date via email to info@mabapu.com.
  • The email must include:
    • Order number
    • Image of the invoice
    • 1 outer box image
    • 2 clear images of the opened box
    • An unboxing video showing all items received
  • We will not be able to accept refund requests. However, we will promptly re-send the missing product(s).
  • Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In Case of Spoiled Product

  • We need to be notified of any spoilage within 2 days from the delivery date via email to info@mabapu.com.
  • The email must include:
    • Order number
    • Date of packaging or date of manufacture (as printed)
    • Clear images or a video of the product
  • We cannot accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour, or aroma, as our products are 100% natural and often handmade—this results in minor variations across batches.
  • No compromise is made in natural production methods or ingredients used. We ensure nutritional value is maintained to the highest standard.
  • We will work with you on an amicable solution, and the product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence.
  • Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and complete support will be provided throughout the process.
