📌 Job Overview

OOYE PUNJAB, a 100% Pure Veg Cloud Kitchen with 25 years of food experience, is urgently hiring for its new opening in Powai, Mumbai. We are looking for dedicated Kitchen Staff (All Rounder Cooks, Tandoor Cooks, Helpers, and Delivery Boys) and a Corporate Sales Executive to drive tiffin and OD catering sales in the Powai, Sakinaka, and Andheri East regions.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Kitchen Staff: Prepare high-quality Punjabi and Chinese dishes, manage tandoor operations for fresh rotis/naan, assist in kitchen prep, and maintain strict hygiene standards.
• Delivery Staff: Efficiently deliver food orders via cycle to customers in the Powai and Saki Vihar areas within promised timeframes.
• Sales Executive: Visit 15-20 offices and PGs daily to secure monthly tiffin subscriptions and bulk OD orders.
• Client Relationship: Conduct food sampling, build relationships with HR/Admin teams, and manage WhatsApp follow-ups for retention.
• Target Achievement: Sales executives are expected to achieve a target of 50 tiffins/day per executive.
• Team Support: Kitchen helpers and moris (dishwashers) will support the main cooks in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen workflow.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Kitchen: Proven experience in Punjabi/Chinese cooking, Tandoor expertise, and kitchen utility work.
• Sales: 1-3 years of experience in B2B, Catering, or FMCG sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Language: Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English is required for sales roles.
• Assets: Sales candidates must possess a Bike and Smartphone. Local knowledge of Mumbai (Powai/Sakinaka) is essential.
• Age: Sales Executive candidates should be between 22-35 years old.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• Kitchen Staff: Food and Accommodation provided. Immediate joining.
• Sales Executive: Base salary of ₹15,000 + ₹10 per tiffin incentive + ₹2,000 petrol allowance + ₹5,000 bonus.

• Environment: Fast-paced cloud kitchen environment with a target of 500 tiffins/day.
