👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Executive Chef: Oversee kitchen operations, menu planning, cost control, and maintain high culinary standards.
• Restaurant Manager/ARM: Manage front-of-house operations, staff scheduling, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets (4-day work week).
• Chinese CDP/Commis: Prepare authentic Chinese dishes, manage wok station, and ensure food safety and hygiene.
• Billing & Sales Staff: Handle POS transactions, customer inquiries, and bakery sales with accuracy and courtesy.
• Home Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, maintaining product quality and customer relations.
• Housekeeping Supervisor/Staff: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas, supervising housekeeping teams.
• Maintenance Staff: Handle routine maintenance, repairs, and ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in the respective hospitality roles (Chef, Management, Service, Housekeeping).
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations for culinary roles.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• For Chinese roles: Proficiency in Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
• For Housekeeping: Attention to detail and physical stamina.
• For Maintenance: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• Salaries: Range from ₹15,000 to ₹80,000 per month depending on the role and experience.
• Executive Chef: ₹80,000
• Restaurant Manager/ARM: ₹27,000 - ₹30,000 (4 days off)
• Chinese CDP/Commis: ₹24,000 - ₹32,000
• Billing/Bakery/Delivery: ₹15,000 - ₹16,500
• Housekeeping/Maintenance: ₹16,500 - ₹22,000
