M Farm House of Royals Resort in Kuvadva, Rajkot, is hiring young, energetic professionals for multiple operational roles including Front Office, Restaurant Service, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. 👨🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description
- Front Office Executive/Associate: Manage check-ins/check-outs, handle guest inquiries, and maintain front desk operations with professionalism.
- Restaurant Executive/Captain: Oversee floor operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage table assignments, and supervise stewards.
- Restaurant Steward: Assist in table setting, serving food and beverages, and maintaining dining area cleanliness.
- Housekeeping Supervisor/GSA: Supervise room cleaning, ensure high hygiene standards, manage linen inventory, and attend to guest requests.
- Maintenance Incharge/Supervisor: Handle daily maintenance tasks, oversee repairs, and ensure facility upkeep.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or resort operations.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
