• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, canteen area, and utensils.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Ensure timely preparation of meals according to the hospital's schedule.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
• Handle customer queries regarding food items politely and professionally.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospital or large-scale canteen cooking.
• Expertise in making various types of Chai (Masala, Green, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume orders.
