📌 Job Overview

We are hiring experienced and passionate chefs to join our growing restaurant team in Bengaluru. We are looking for specialists in Indian, Chinese, and Tandoori cuisines to help us deliver great food and great opportunities. This is a full-time position with food and accommodation provided.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the specific cuisine (Indian, Chinese, or Tandoori) standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen area.
• Manage inventory and ensure fresh ingredients are used for daily service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
• Handle food trials as part of the recruitment process to demonstrate culinary skills.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking equipment after each shift.
• Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes to enhance the customer experience.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in Indian, Chinese, or Tandoori cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Must be willing to undergo mandatory food trials.
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• Salary: ₹32,000 to ₹38,000 per month (varies by role: Indian Chef ₹38,000, Chinese Chef ₹32,000, Tandoor Chef ₹32,000).
