Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Helper / Prep Assistant to support our kitchen operations in Paschim Vihar, West Delhi. The role involves basic food preparation, kitchen upkeep and inventory handling.
👨🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables.
- Prepare ingredients for pizza, burger, wrap, momo, fries and pasta.
- Make basic sauces and toppings as instructed.
- Keep kitchen clean, maintain utensils and work surfaces.
- Perform dishwashing and general cleaning duties.
- Organize kitchen inventory, receive and store ingredients, follow FIFO system.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years experience acceptable; freshers considered if reliable.
- Good hygiene habits.
- Physically fit for kitchen work.
- Punctual and disciplined.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness.
