👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Food & Beverage Manager: Oversee daily F&B operations, manage staff, ensure service excellence, and handle guest complaints (5-8 years exp).
• Senior Chef (Agency): Plan menus, manage kitchen operations, ensure food quality and hygiene standards (5-8 years exp).
• Commis II - Pastry Chef: Assist in pastry production, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and follow recipes accurately (2-4 years exp).
• Food & Beverage Captain: Lead the service team, manage table assignments, and ensure high-quality guest service (3-5 years exp).
• Head Housekeeping: Manage housekeeping staff, oversee room cleaning, and maintain hygiene standards (3-5 years exp).
• Accounts Executive: Handle billing, payments, and financial records (2-4 years exp).
• Store Keeper: Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination (2-4 years exp).
• Security Executive: Ensure safety and security of premises and guests (2-4 years exp).

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in the respective hospitality roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• For Accounts: Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in financial software.
