👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Manage guest relations and drive revenue growth through exceptional service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service excellence.
• Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team.
• Monitor P&L, inventory levels, and beverage cost control.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or guest relations.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Knowledge of F&B cost control and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Kannada and Malayalam is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• Davangere (Restaurant Manager): ₹30,000 / Month
• Bangalore (Restaurant Manager): ₹60,000 / Month
• Guest Relations Executive: Up to ₹25,000 CTC
• F&B Cost Controller: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 / Month
