Restaurant Staff – Cook, Kitchen Helper, Service Staff & Waiter

🍳 Station Scope & Service Rhythm

• Prepare Indian dishes as per standard recipes; manage spice blends, temperature control and plating.
• Support senior cook with ingredient prep, chopping, and stock replenishment.
• Keep workstations clean, follow sanitisation steps, and maintain proper waste segregation.

🔪 Key Operational Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading kitchen supplies; check quality and store items correctly.
• Serve food to guests, refill beverages, and clear tables promptly.
• Handle cash‑less billing, update POS for each order, and ensure accurate order delivery.

📋 Trade Skills & Experience Criteria

• Minimum 6 months experience as a kitchen helper or Indian cook; willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, personal hygiene and uniform standards.
• Good communication, punctuality and ability to work in a team of 10‑15 members.

💵 Monthly Package, Staff Perks & Living Terms

• Salary range ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month depending on role and experience.
• Uniform provided, meals during shift, and transport allowance for Vishrantwadi area.
• Full‑time contract with 8‑hour shifts, 6 days a week; immediate joining preferred.
