📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

• Barista (Male) – Serve specialty coffees, teas, and beverages in a premium 4⭐ bistro café.
• Continental CDP Chef – Prepare continental dishes, maintain mise‑en‑place, and ensure kitchen hygiene.
• Kitchen Supervisor – Oversee kitchen operations, manage inventory, and mentor junior staff.
• Captain – F&B Service – Lead floor service, coordinate with kitchen, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Steward – F&B Service – Handle table settings, clearing, and maintain cleanliness of service areas.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Barista: Brew espresso, steam milk, craft latte art, manage POS for beverage orders, maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Continental CDP Chef: Execute a la carte continental menu, prep sauces, garnish plates, adhere to food safety standards.
• Kitchen Supervisor: Schedule staff, monitor stock levels, conduct daily kitchen audits, assist in plating during peak hours.
• Captain: Greet guests, manage table assignments, train wait staff, resolve service issues promptly.
• Steward: Set and clear tables, replenish linens, assist in dishwashing area, support Captain during rush.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in the respective role (minimum 1‑2 years for Barista, CDP Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, Captain, Steward).
• Strong hospitality mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced fine‑dine environment.
• For Barista – knowledge of coffee brewing methods, milk frothing, and beverage presentation.
• For Continental CDP Chef – familiarity with European cuisines, plating aesthetics, and kitchen hygiene.
• For supervisory roles – leadership, inventory control, and staff training capabilities.
• Excellent communication in English; Hindi preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Barista: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Continental CDP Chef: ₹30,000 per month
• Kitchen Supervisor: ₹25,000 per month
• Captain – F&B Service: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Steward – F&B Service: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Three meals provided daily.
