Role Overview
Immediate opening for a Commis Chef (Indian Cuisine) at a 3‑star resort located in Pench National Park, near Nagpur. The resort also seeks F&B service staff and a male housekeeping attendant.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in preparing a variety of Indian dishes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Follow standard kitchen procedures, maintain cleanliness, and manage inventory.
- Support front‑of‑house staff in delivering excellent guest service.
- Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning rooms, common areas, and assisting with laundry.
