The Mahanta Boutique Hotel & Resort in Meerut is expanding its team and seeking dedicated professionals across multiple departments. This is a multi-role hiring drive aimed at strengthening the front office, kitchen, housekeeping, and operations teams. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Front Office Associate: Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and maintain high standards of courtesy and efficiency at the reception desk.
• Front Office Duty Manager: Oversee daily front office operations, supervise staff, handle guest complaints, and ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Chefs (CDP & Commis): Prepare high-quality dishes according to menu specifications, maintain kitchen hygiene, and assist senior chefs in menu planning and execution.
• Restaurant Servers: Provide attentive table service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
• Banquet Manager: Plan and execute banquet events, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and manage event logistics from setup to teardown.
• Room Attendant: Clean and maintain guest rooms, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals in a timely manner.
• Storekeeper: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure proper storage of supplies.
• Purchase Runner: Assist in procurement activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Front Office Roles: Minimum 1 year of experience for Associates and 5+ years for Duty Managers. Strong communication skills and familiarity with hotel management systems are preferred.
• Kitchen Roles: Good experience in food preparation, knowledge of hygiene standards, and ability to work under pressure. CDPs should have solid culinary skills, while Commis should be eager to learn.
• Service & Banquet: Servers need 1+ year of experience in table service. Banquet Managers require 5+ years of experience in event management and coordination.
• Housekeeping & Operations: Room Attendants need 1+ year of experience in cleaning and maintenance. Storekeepers and Purchase Runners should have basic inventory and procurement knowledge.
• General: All candidates should be punctual, professional, and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
