- Manage mise‑en‑place, ensuring all ingredients are stocked, pre‑pped, and ready for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with local food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Adapt recipes and cooking techniques to maintain consistency and quality.

- Proven experience cooking Indian cuisine in a restaurant or cloud‑kitchen setting.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple stations (grill, tawa, fry, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
