Effotel by Sayaji in Varanasi is expanding its team and seeking dedicated hospitality professionals to join across multiple departments. The hotel is currently hiring for Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Kitchen roles. 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Front Office Associate/Executive: Manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries, coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and maintain accurate guest records. You will be the first point of contact for guests, so professionalism and clarity are key.
• Linen / Desk Attendant: Oversee the collection, distribution, and inventory of linens. Ensure that clean supplies are available for housekeeping and front office needs while maintaining organized storage areas.
• Housekeeping Supervisor: Lead the housekeeping team, assign daily tasks, inspect rooms for quality standards, and address any maintenance issues. You will ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Housekeeping Associate / Sr. Associate: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Change linens, restock amenities, and report any damages or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Security Supervisor: Monitor hotel premises, manage security staff, ensure guest and staff safety, and handle any security-related incidents. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through regular patrols and protocol enforcement.
• Commis I – Tandoor: Assist the Tandoor Chef in preparing and cooking tandoori items. Maintain the tandoor oven, prepare doughs, and ensure that all food items are cooked to standard and served on time.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Front Office: Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle guest complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Housekeeping: Attention to detail, physical stamina for standing and moving, and knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Supervisors should have prior experience in hotel housekeeping management.
• Security: Prior experience in security operations, knowledge of emergency procedures, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Tandoor: Basic cooking skills, familiarity with tandoor equipment, and the ability to work in a hot kitchen environment. Experience with Indian breads and tandoori dishes is preferred.
• General: All candidates must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work in shifts. Immediate joiners are preferred.
