Hotel Restaurant – Multiple Positions (Housekeeping, Kitchen, Service)

📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are urgently hiring for a hotel restaurant across several locations (Chennai, Kumbakonam, Anantpur, Bangalore, Davangere, Chitradurga). The openings span housekeeping, kitchen, and service functions, suitable for freshers as well as experienced staff. Immediate joiners are preferred.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Housekeeping & Cleaner: Maintain guest areas, corridors, and back‑of‑house spaces; ensure rooms and public zones are spotless.
• Dishwasher: Operate dishwashing stations, sort and clean utensils, maintain hygiene standards.
• Service / Steward / Captain: Manage floor service, coordinate with kitchen, oversee table settings, handle guest queries, and ensure smooth dining flow.
• Kitchen Helper: Assist chefs with ingredient prep, stock replenishment, and basic cooking tasks.
• Kitchen Supervisor / Housekeeping Supervisor: Lead respective teams, schedule shifts, monitor performance, and enforce SOPs.
• South Indian Chef: Prepare authentic South Indian dishes (dosa, idli, sambar, etc.) with consistency.
• North Indian Commi (I‑III): Support senior chefs in preparing North Indian gravies, breads, and tandoor items.
• Chinese & Continental Commi (I‑III): Assist in stir‑fry, sauces, and continental plating under senior chefs.
• All‑Rounder Chef: Versatile cook capable of handling multiple cuisines as required.
• Dosa Master: Expert in batter fermentation, dosa spreading, and topping variations.
• Chaat Master: Prepare street‑style chaat, manage toppings, and ensure hygiene.
• Cake Pastry Bakery Chef: Bake cakes, pastries, and desserts; decorate as per menu specifications.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven ability in the listed roles (housekeeping, dishwashing, service, kitchen support, supervisory duties).
• Culinary knowledge for South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Continental, and bakery/pastry items.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast‑paced hotel restaurant environment.
• Freshers are welcome; immediate availability is a plus.
