🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Continental 1st Commis: Assist senior chefs in preparing and plating Continental dishes, maintain mise‑en‑place, ensure hygiene standards.
• Chinese 1st Commis: Support Chinese kitchen brigade, prep ingredients, operate woks, keep workstations clean.
• Operations Manager: Oversee overall restaurant workflow, coordinate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, manage inventory and vendor relations.
• Supervisor: Lead floor staff, monitor service quality, handle guest queries, ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Billing Boy / Girl: Manage POS billing, generate invoices, handle cash/online payments, assist with basic customer service.
• Helper: Provide general assistance in kitchen and service areas, transport supplies, assist in stock replenishment.
• UT (Utility Staff): Perform deep cleaning, waste management, maintain sanitation of dining and kitchen zones.
• Barista: Prepare espresso‑based drinks, manage coffee station, maintain equipment, ensure consistent beverage quality.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven knowledge of Continental or Chinese culinary techniques for commis roles.
• Strong operations management or supervisory experience for managerial positions.
• Familiarity with POS/billing systems and cash handling.
• Ability to perform general kitchen assistance and utility cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Skilled in coffee brewing, espresso extraction, and beverage presentation for barista role.
