• Chaat Master: Prepare and serve a variety of authentic Indian chaat items, ensuring consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food preparation areas at all times.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols strictly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Handle basic inventory checks and report any shortages to the management.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in kitchen assistance or chaat preparation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian street food and chaat recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good hygiene practices and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
• No specific degree required; practical experience is valued.

• Salary: Kitchen Helper up to ₹15,000/month; Chaat Master ₹25,000 - ₹28,000/month.
