📌 Position & Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a Restaurant Captain and a Kitchen Service Technician (KST) to join our team at a busy restaurant located in Lake Town, Kolkata. The Captain will lead the front‑of‑house operations, while the KST will handle dishwashing and floor cleaning duties.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Restaurant Captain – oversee daily service, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, handle complaints, maintain service standards.
- Kitchen Service Technician (KST) – operate dishwashing equipment, maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, assist with floor cleaning, support kitchen staff as needed.
