🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Waiter: Greet guests, take orders, serve food & beverages, maintain table cleanliness, handle billing.
- Kitchen Helper: Assist chefs with ingredient prep, maintain workstation hygiene, manage inventory of kitchen supplies.
- Housekeeping: Ensure guest areas and staff zones are spotless, perform deep cleaning, manage linen and room supplies.
- Dishwasher: Operate dishwashing equipment, sort and clean utensils, maintain kitchen sanitation standards.
- Tandoor Commis: Prepare dough, marinate meats, operate tandoor, ensure consistent cooking quality.
- Indian Cook + Commis: Cook North & South Indian dishes, manage spice inventory, supervise junior staff.
- Chinese Cook + Commis: Execute Chinese stir‑fry, noodle, and dim‑sum preparations, maintain wok hygiene.
- Continental Commis: Support preparation of salads, sandwiches, pasta, and bakery items under continental chef.
- Biryani Cook + Commis: Layer rice and meat, manage spice blends, ensure authentic biryani flavor.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Strong Table Service etiquette for waiters.
- Basic Kitchen Assistance knowledge for helpers.
- Proficiency in Saaf‑Safai and deep‑cleaning for housekeeping.
- Ability to operate industrial Dishwashing machines.
- Hands‑on experience with Tandoor Operations.
- Familiarity with Indian, Chinese, Continental, and Biryani cooking techniques.
- Good communication, punctuality, and willingness to work 10‑hour shifts.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks
- Salary: ₹15,000 per month for waiter, kitchen helper, housekeeping & dishwasher roles; ₹25,000‑₹27,000 per month for cook & commis positions.
- Shift: 10‑hour daily schedule (exact timings to be discussed).
