📌 Job Overview

Thiruvalla Cafe is urgently seeking a skilled Tandoor Master to join our kitchen team. This is a full-time position offering immediate joining with daily wage payment and free accommodation with meals.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Prepare high-quality Tandoori Roti, Naan, Kulcha, and other bread items using traditional and modern techniques.
• Manage the Tandoor oven, ensuring consistent temperature control and fuel efficiency.
• Ensure all bread products are fresh, hygienic, and meet the cafe's quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the Tandoor section and surrounding kitchen area.
• Assist in inventory management of flour, spices, and other raw materials.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tandoor Master or Roti Maker in a restaurant or cafe setting.
• Expertise in making various types of Tandoori breads (Roti, Naan, Paratha, Kulcha).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• Salary: ₹1,000 per day (approx. ₹30,000/month).
• Perks: Free room and board (accommodation and food provided).
• Work Environment: Fast-paced cafe kitchen in Thiruvalla, Kerala.
