📌 Position & Opportunity Overview
Bhavya Leopard Jawai, a new luxury segment resort located in the scenic Jawai region of Sumerpur, District Pali, is preparing for its grand opening. We are seeking dedicated and professional staff to join our team across multiple departments. This is a prime opportunity to be part of a high-end hospitality establishment featuring 12 luxury villas with private pools and jacuzzis, a private bar, a common pool and bar, and a 40-45 cover restaurant. The resort is managed by the team behind Bhavya Resort in Sam, Kanoi, Rajasthan.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Front Office Associate (Female Only, 2 positions): Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, ensure smooth front desk operations, and provide exceptional guest service.
- Room Attendant - Housekeeping (Preferably Female, 3 positions): Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and common areas, perform daily housekeeping duties, and ensure guest comfort.
- Food Production Staff (DCDP/Commis, Multiple positions): Prepare and cook food according to standards in Tandoor, Indian, Chinese, Continental, Bakery, and South Indian sections. Assist senior chefs in kitchen operations.
- Bartender (Male & Female, 1 position): Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, manage bar inventory, and ensure a clean and organized bar area.
- F&B Captain/Associates (Preferably Female, 4 positions): Oversee food and beverage service, manage table assignments, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate with kitchen staff.
- SPA Therapists (Female, 1 position): Provide spa treatments and therapies to guests, maintain spa equipment, and ensure a relaxing environment.
- Pool Attendant (1 position): Monitor pool safety, maintain pool cleanliness, and assist guests with pool-related needs.
- KST Associates (1 position): Perform kitchen support tasks, assist in food preparation, and maintain kitchen hygiene.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Front Office: Strong communication skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Housekeeping: Attention to detail, physical stamina, and experience in hotel housekeeping.
- Food Production: Culinary skills in specific cuisines (Tandoor, Indian, Chinese, Continental, Bakery, South Indian), knowledge of food safety standards, and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Bartender: Mixology skills, knowledge of beverages, and customer service experience.
- F&B Service: Experience in restaurant service, knowledge of table settings, and ability to handle guest queries.
- SPA Therapy: Certification in spa therapies, knowledge of massage techniques, and a calm demeanor.
- Pool Attendant: Basic swimming skills, knowledge of pool maintenance, and safety awareness.
- KST: Basic kitchen skills, ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic.
💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks
- Front Office Associate: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month.
- Room Attendant: ₹20,000 per month.
- Food Production Staff: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month depending on role and experience.
- Bartender: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month.
- F&B Captain/Associates: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month.
- SPA Therapists: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month.
- Pool Attendant: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month.
- KST Associates: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month.
