🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Cafe Staff: Greet guests, take orders, serve beverages and snacks, maintain cleanliness of seating area, and manage cash or POS transactions.
- Kitchen Staff: Assist in food preparation, keep kitchen stations organized, follow hygiene standards, and support the chef with basic cooking tasks.
- Service Staff: Handle table service, refill drinks, clear plates, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
- Housekeeping: Clean dining area, restrooms, and common spaces; manage waste disposal and maintain a tidy environment.
- Helper: Perform general assistance tasks such as stocking supplies, assisting in inventory checks, and supporting any of the above roles as needed.
