🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Prepare a variety of Indian vegetarian dishes, including curries, sabzis, and rice preparations, according to the restaurant's menu.
- Ensure all food items are cooked fresh, hygienically, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including checking stock levels of vegetables, spices, and dry ingredients.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, including proper storage of raw and cooked food.
- Assist in plating and serving food as per the restaurant's presentation guidelines.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house staff to ensure timely order preparation and service.
