- We are looking for a Conti Comi 1 / CDP Chef to join our cafe located in Kothrud, Pune. The role involves preparing a variety of dishes in a fast‑paced environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Lead kitchen operations during the cafe shift from 11 AM to 11 PM.
- Prepare and cook menu items with consistent quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Coordinate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and report shortages.

- Proven experience as a Conti Comi 1 or CDP Chef.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Comfortable working late into the night shift.
💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks
- Monthly salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000.
- Shift: 11 AM – 11 PM.
